4 Practices to Cultivate Every Day
Loving Kindness- Let this be your default action when you engage with others. Ask yourself “How can I act in loving kindness in this situation?” All acts of kindness leads you to the path of wholeness. Sometimes if you can’t think it…just act it out and see what grows in the soil of kindness.
Compassion- Putting yourself in another’s life situation and understand the suffering they may be experiencing helps one to grow the seed of compassion.
Empathetic Joy- Truly allowing yourself to rejoice in someone else’s wellbeing and joy. How fabulous is that?
Equanimity- This is a challenge but allowing yourself to patiently accept our own joy and suffering and of others.
If we can allow ourselves to trace back to the roots of happiness, we can follow a path of sacred connection with all life. Where does it reside within you? What is your relationship with yourself? How loving are you to yourself? Do you practice Equanimity for yourself? In theory, if you are not able to master this for yourself, then you may be greatly challenged with having to give it to another. What better way to practice compassion than to begin at the root of yourself…that is where happiness resides.

Cream Of Asparagus Soup
1 bunch of asparagus
3 stalks celery
1/2 small onion
1 1/2-2 avocados
1 cup water
6 sprigs organic parsley
2 tsp. tomatillo powder
kelp or Nori to taste

The Grand Cross of June 26th 2010
Our healing ritual on June 26th to work with smoothing the energies of the grand cross went beautifully. It took place in Craig and Glenna’s magical garden labyrinth. We started out with 16 people which is exactly the number we were hoping for. So we had 8 people to hold the sacred geometrical points and 8 people to gather in the middle and hold the energy of Grace that was created. The energy of the two 8’s fits with Nassim Haramein’s Unified Field Theory which uses a 8 times 8 = 64 tetrahedron vector equilibrium as the structure of the vacuum. We toned using an ancient Solfeggio scale and then we did open toning in C to activate our root chakras and send our loving energy and intentions to our Mother Earth, particularly the dark wound of her’s currently erupting in the Gulf. It was very magical and the birds even joined in the chanting and toning, chiming in quite loudly! Afterwards was the Full Moon Drumming Circle and potluck where we got to further charge the garden with singing dancing and drumming. We are lucky to live in such a wonderful community of healers! We are especially thankful to Sacred Geometry Wizard David Michael Hash who brought his Gate of Grace and Tabernacle from Joe Crane as well as a host of other interesting healing tools for us to play with.
